Flameless explosion venting device can be used for the protection of indoor and outdoor dust explosion, without other operating costs, easy installation, and no need to install pressure relief pipe. It shall at least consist of a explosion venting panel and fire resisting components.

Useage and Maintenance
The flameless venting device operates on a passive and mechanical principle, and does not require debugging after installation.
It is recommended to define a safe area according to the diagram below to ensure that no additional harm is caused in the event of a dust explosion. Among them: D1＞1m (for equipment buildings); D2＞2.5m (for personnel)
Regularly inspect the surface of the flameless discharge device for dust, snow, ice, or other debris that may affect the normal function of the pressure relief device. If any, take appropriate measures to remove them.
Regularly inspect the damage of the pressure relief component (bursting disc), and the inspection cycle should not exceed one month.
Regularly check whether the fire extinguishing components are blocked, and the inspection cycle should not exceed one week.
If the pressure relief component is found to be damaged, it should be stopped and replaced in a timely manner. During the replacement process, it should be ensured that there is no residual dust or effective ignition source.
If there is an optional alarm output, please regularly check if there are any abnormalities in the circuit, and the inspection cycle is recommended not to exceed one week.
If powder or gas leakage is found in the flameless discharge device, it may be due to overpressure explosion of the blasting plate, which can be preliminarily inspected through the inspection port.
If there is an optional alarm output, when there is a signal displayed on the alarm output, it indicates that the blasting board has ruptured and needs to be replaced.
When there is a dust explosion, the flameless release device releases smoke accompanied by sound. If this situation occurs, please stop the machine immediately for inspection.
After a dust explosion, do not touch the flameless discharge device to avoid burns.
