Product Overview

The Model 4100 pressure relief valve is specifically designed for excess pressure relief in pressure pipelines, storage tanks, boilers, oil-gas separators, and other process vessels, suitable for low-capacity applications. It safely releases the thermal expansion pressure of process fluids in containers and pipelines, applicable to both gas and liquid operating conditions.

Common Configurations

Conventional Type

This is the most common model of small-sized safety valve. Both the inlet and outlet are threaded connections, supporting various thread standards such as MNPT, FNPT, R1, Rp, Rc, and M.
Soldered Joint

The compact pressure relief valve is designed for new installations, allowing either welding heads to be installed at both the inlet and outlet, or only at either the inlet or outlet. Once welded to the new installation, the valve is ready for use.
Flanged Joint

The compact pressure relief valve is designed for flange connection applications. Both the inlet and outlet can be equipped with flanges, or only one (either the inlet or outlet) may be fitted, provided it is paired with the corresponding flange of the installation.
