Overpressure Protection
When internal pressure exceeds the tank's rating, the rupture disk instantly bursts to release pressure, preventing tank rupture.

Vacuum Protection
During unexpected negative pressure formation, specially designed rupture disks allow air intake to prevent tank collapse.
