Positive arch type rupture disks are arched with the concave side on the high pressure side of the pressure system. The normal type is a single piece of metal construction that ruptures due to tensile action.
Options
LP-V Back Pressure Bracket. The back pressure bracket is mounted on the inlet side of the rupture disc and allows the rupture disk to support a full vacuum.
LP-L Fluoroplastic lined/coated. Provides protection from corrosive media as required.
LP-R Protection Ring. Protects delicate materials and provides stability when backpressure brackets are not provided.
