Reverse-arch rupture disks with the convex side on the high side of the pressure system. Reverse-arch alligator tooth type rupture disks, when the system is overpressurized, the rupture disk is destabilized and flips over and a metal ring with alligator teeth cuts through the diaphragm to relieve pressure.
Options
Fluoroplastic lined or coated.
BI Rupture Sensor
*Note: Lining and BI withstand lower temperatures than strength diaphragms.
Safety Valve Protection
When rupture discs are installed under the safety valve, they isolate the valve's working parts from corrosive media.
Relief components: pressure gauge, tee, relief valve, tubing
