Use the shock wave generated during the explosion to push the float and block the flame and shock wave generated by the explosion, commonly used on both sides of the explosive source, trace dust transportation and dust collector clean air outlet side of the explosion isolation. In normal operation, the float is in the middle position of the valve, when the explosion occurs, the explosion shock wave to push the float and the valve body sealing strip closure, at the same time, the explosion isolation valve is locked by the locking mechanism, to prevent the flame generated by the explosion and shock wave propagation.
Working principle
In the static state without media flow, the float is in the middle position. In normal operation, the medium flows around the float. In the event of an explosion, the pressure wave pushes the float to the sealing strip of the valve body. In this closed state, the valve is locked, thus preventing the propagation of flames and pressure waves.
