In order to improve students' understanding of enterprise operation, product production and research and development, more than 40 senior students from China University of Mining and Technology (CUMT) went to Xuzhou Bafang Safety Equipment Company Limited for teaching internship on January 7, 2022 under the leadership of teachers.

On behalf of the company, Xuzhou Bafang's general manager Shu Yuan and manager Liu of the technical department expressed a warm welcome to the teachers and students of the University of Mining and introduced to the students Bafang's corporate profile, development history, corporate culture, main products, etc. The group then went to the workshop, showroom and other facilities to learn more about Bafang's products.

Subsequently,they went to the workshop, exhibition hall, etc. for visiting and practicing,experiencingthe daily work ofthe enterprisestaff and feeling the bits and pieces of product production and research and development process!

At the end of the activity, the students said that they had benefited a lot from the half-day visit and study. In addition to the actual perceptual understanding of Xuzhou Octagon, they also saw from the details of the practical learning process that the enterprise is strict and meticulous in management, and has high standards and requirements in production and R&D, and also found out some of their own needs to be strengthened and the direction of their efforts in the school!
