(1) The safety rules stipulate that the opening pressure of the safety valve is 0.115 Mh. When in use, the opening pressure should be adjusted by carefully adjusting the bolts so that it conforms to the specified value.

(2)It is necessary to frequently (or regularly) check whether the exhaust situation is normal or not, to prevent the exhaust pipe, valve body and spring from being blocked or bonded by the ash, viscous impurities and other dirt in the acetylene gas stream, to ensurethe sensitivity and effectiveness of the safety valve.

(3) If the safety valve is found to have leakage or non-stop exhaust phenomenon, the work should be stopped immediately and adjusted for overhaul before use.

Points for safe use of rupture discs

(1) After the explosion, the rupture disc should be replaced with a new one in time according to the regulations.

(2) Copper, aluminum, iron or other plates shall not be used instead.
